Assumption of Risk and Waiver

I acknowledge that the use of a wood fire sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Exposure to high temperatures and humidity
Risk of burns from hot surfaces
Dehydration and heat exhaustion
Dizziness, fainting, or cardiovascular stress
Slips and falls on wet surfaces

I understand that these risks may result in personal injury, illness, or other harm. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my use of the wood fire sauna at Eld & Co Experiences, LLC.

Health Certification

I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely using a sauna. I have consulted with a physician if I have any concerns about my ability to use a sauna safely.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Eld & Co Experiences, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my use of the wood fire sauna facility.
